When we make the intention to slow down and be fully engaged with our art for several uninterrupted days, we find that the relationship with our art and our painting practice is greatly elevated. This workshop provides a supportive place to transform your painting practice and your personal growth — to escape from daily routines and interruptions that often diminish our focus. Mornings begin with short meditations – providing a journey inward that opens you to a steady, growing energy that will fuel your work.
Energizing, expressive exercises will push you into new challenges, unexpected outcomes and away from your comfort zones. Instructor painting demos explore new ways to use color, tools and understand composition while providing insights on pushing past fear and painting with freedom.
