How do I find out about new workshops?
Subscribe to our VIP email list. You'll get advance notice when new workshops are announced, giving you the best chance to register before they fill.
How do I join a waitlist?
Visit the Workshops page and scroll down to the "Join a Waitlist" section. Find the workshop you'd like to attend and click
"Join the Waitlist." If a space becomes available, or we add another session, you'll be among the first to hear from us.
What is the cancellation policy?

91+ DAY STUDENT CANCELLATION: Cancellations made 91 days before the first day of class receive a full refund, less any fees* paid by PaintSpace NOLA and a $150 processing fee. *This includes but is not limited to credit card and Wix Events processing fees. Student cancellations must be submitted in writing to paintspacenola@gmail.com. Do not leave cancellation notices on voicemail.

When will I get a supply list?
All supply lists are posted on each workshop's registration page. If your workshop is sold out, you'll find it in the Join a Waitlist section of the Workshops page, where the supply list is still available to view.

Are there places to stay within walking distance?
Yes! Search on Airbnb or VRBO using the address: 1202 Soniat Street, New Orleans, LA to find the closest lodging options near the studio.
Do you have hotel or Airbnb recommendations?

What restaurants do you recommend?

Is there on-street parking at the studio?
Yes. We have plenty of on-street parking surrounding the studio. If you need help loading and unloading, please ask a staff person upon arrival.
Where should I ship my supplies before the workshop?
You may ship your materials to Parcels & Post at 5208 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70115. Our staff will pick up your packages and have them ready in the studio for the first day of your workshop. Do not ship your materials to the studio. More Info >
Can I ship my supplies to the studio?

Is there a local art supply store?
Yes. David Art Center is a local art supply store and offers 20% off for Paintspace NOLA students. They already have the supply lists on file. Simply call or email to place your order, and they will ship your supplies directly to the studio before the workshop for your convenience. More Info >

Can I arrive early to setup before the first day of my workshop?
If the studio is available for early setup, we will inform students by email one week prior to the workshop start date. The studio is not open 24/7. If you have questions about the schedule of your workshop, please contact your instructor.
Do you offer classes for kids?
We offer summer camps for kids ages 4-11 during June, July and August. Subscribe to our email list for registration updates.
