• ENROLLMENT: Enrollment is only guaranteed with online registration and full payment.

• CLASS MINIMUM: A minimum of 10 students is required per workshop. If the minimum is not met 30 days before the start date, the workshop may be cancelled. Students will be notified via email. A full refund will be issued. It is recommended that student not make non-refundable travel or lodging arrangement prior to 30 days.

• STUDIO CANCELLATION: If PaintSpace NOLA cancels the workshop for any reason, students shall receive a 100% refund.

​​

• 91+ DAY STUDENT CANCELLATION: Cancellations made 91 days before the first day of class receive a full refund, less any fees* paid by PaintSpace NOLA and a $150 processing fee.  *This includes but is not limited to credit card and Wix Events processing fees. Student cancellations must be submitted in writing to paintspacenola@gmail.com.  Do not leave cancellation notices on voicemail.

• 90 DAY STUDENT CANCELLATION: Any cancellations made 90 days or less in advance of the first day will receive no refund, unless there is a wait list, and another student takes that place; then the student shall receive a full refund less any fees paid by PaintSpace NOLA and a $150 processing fee.  Student cancellations must be submitted in writing to paintspacenola@gmail.com.  Do not leave cancellation notices on voicemail.

• REFUNDS: No refund, credits, or transfers will be applied on or after the workshop start date.

​

• MISSED DAYS: No refund, credits, or make-up will be offered for missed days.

​

• TRAVEL, LODGING, & LIABILITY: Workshop participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and all other travel-related expenses. PaintSpace NOLA is not responsible for airline delays or cancellations, weather-related disruptions, hotel issues, transportation delays, lost or damaged baggage, or any other travel-related expenses or inconveniences. Participants who cancel or modify their travel plans are responsible for any non-refundable costs, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, rental cars, and other travel expenses. PaintSpace NOLA acts solely as the workshop host and is not responsible for the services, actions, or omissions of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other third-party vendors. By registering for a workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to PaintSpace NOLA's Cancellation and Refund Policy, assume responsibility for their own travel arrangements, personal property, health, and safety during the workshop. If PaintSpace NOLA cancels a workshop for any reason, PaintSpace NOLA is not responsible for reimbursing or covering airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, or any other travel or lodging expenses incurred by participants. Travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, is strongly recommended.

• RETURNED CHECKS: A $100 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

​

• WAIVER: These terms shall not be reduced or waived in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as illness, flight cancellations, war, terrorist attacks, injury or death, natural disaster or force of nature.

• ACCEPT POLICIES STATEMENT: By registering for a workshop, you agree to the aforementioned policies.
