In this workshop, we will break through creative barriers, push artistic boundaries, and rediscover the joy of play in art-making. Through personal guidance, live demonstrations, and individual challenges, each participant will be encouraged to step beyond their comfort zone and explore new ways of working. The focus will be on personal growth, experimentation, and learning to trust the process. Whether you’re looking for fresh inspiration, a deeper connection to your work, or simply a way to loosen up, this workshop will provide hands-on strategies and exercises to spark creativity.

Participants should come ready to engage, take risks, and embrace the unknown. This is not about making perfect art—it’s about making your art and discovering what’s possible when you let go.

Supply List:

(Students should bring the following, but I will have extras available if needed.)
   •   A variety of brushes (including at least one large brush)
   •   Acrylic or oil paints (bring your favorites, but also a color you don’t usually use)
   •   Palette knives or other mark-making tools
   •   Surfaces to paint on (canvas, paper, or wood panels)
   •   Sketchbook or journal for notes and quick studies
   •   Charcoal, pencils, or other drawing tools
   •   Any collage materials or mixed-media elements you’d like to incorporate
   •   Rags or paper towels
   •   Water container (for acrylics) or solvent (for oils)
   •   Palette for mixing
   •   Tape or any preferred adhesives
   •   Optional: any personal objects or references that inspire you.
