Building on the momentum of our last groundbreaking session, Relentless 2.0 takes artists even deeper into the transformative power of abstraction.

This advanced workshop expands on the dynamic interplay between emotion and form, pushing participants to embrace risk, intuition, and new experimental techniques to create work that is both deeply personal and visually compelling.

Relentless 2.0 is more than just a workshop—it is an artistic rite of passage, designed to propel artists toward new levels of confidence, authenticity, and expressive mastery.

Inspired by Will Day’s Relentless series and the timeless arc of the hero’s journey, this course challenges artists to navigate the raw, unfiltered energy of creation. Through an expanded exploration of layering, composition, and color theory, artists will unlock new ways to evoke resilience, tension, and transcendence within their work.

This session introduces exciting new techniques, including:

Multi-layered underpainting for depth and emotional resonance

Controlled chaos mark-making to harness spontaneity with purpose

Innovative textural applications using unconventional tools and mixed media

Artists will work with acrylics and mixed media to transform the canvas into a site of alchemical expression—where bold movements meet intentional restraint, and where chaos and structure find harmony. The emphasis will be on cultivating a fearless approach to artistic risk-taking, encouraging participants to embrace vulnerability and spontaneity in their practice.

Through guided critiques, hands-on demonstrations, and immersive exercises, participants will not only refine their technical abilities but also develop a more profound connection to their creative voice.
